Mohammad Iqbal Karim is an economist. He graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) and post-graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE). He worked in different capacities in the IsDB, World Bank, and the UN, in the country and abroad. He retired as the Country Representative of the Islamic Development Bank, Bangladesh.
