Arunduty Rani has many years of experience working with trade unions and labor institutes in Bangladesh. She started her career by working on a project for the informal labor sector. Since then she has worked with different organizations including Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), a German organization working on workers’ rights and also with the Swedish trade union organization ‘Union to Union’. She has received training at home and abroad in diversified issues of human rights, women empowerment, and labor relations.
