Entrepreneurial Creatives collaborated with the transgender community in Savar, partnering with Jiban Gathan Unnayna Sangtha to assess their needs for IT capacity-building activities. They provided a laptop to a transgender community member to enhance their IT capacity. EC is eager to conduct a feasibility study and assess the requirements for upscaling the community’s knowledge in IT and the digital market. The WERG Research Group at Central Queensland University and EDRC have expressed interest in supporting this initiative. This joint effort aims to empower and uplift the transgender community by fostering economic sustainability and identifying areas for targeted support and development.
